50-Minute Psychotherapy Session: $225
Psycho-Educational Evaluations: $3,000
Evaluations include a battery of instruments. This fee covers all testing sessions, reasonable outside communications, scoring and interpretation of test data, the report write-up and feedback session. Half of this fee will be due at the initial meeting with caregiver(s) and half is due at the feedback session at the conclusion of the evaluation.
Please contact Dr. Levy for other court-related services, including Parent Coordination, Co-Parenting counseling, Expert Testimony, Reunification Therapy, Forensic Evaluations, and Consultation. Some of these services require a retainer, and may also require a Court Order. A fee schedule and other related information may be provided upon request.
Fees are due at the time services are rendered. Cash, checks and Visa/MasterCard/Discover/AmEx are all appropriate forms of payment. We can supply a superbill upon request for reimbursement with your insurance provider.
